LoopCue reads your calendar, knows what your friends are into, and drafts specific plans you can send in under two minutes. No group chat required.
See how it worksPick your people, propose times and activities, and send a link. Friends respond in their browser — no app download needed. When everyone's in, LoopCue confirms and sends calendar invites automatically.
Free right now? Light a beacon. Your connected friends see what you're up for and for how long. One tap to join. Beacons extinguish automatically when your window runs out.
Build recurring habits with a friend — running, reading, creative projects. Each check-in or meetup is a strand. The app schedules sessions, tracks progress, and keeps both of you accountable.
LoopCue sends SMS and email notifications — called cues — so you never miss a plan, even if the app isn't open.
Invitations, confirmations, reminders, and calendar invites arrive right on your phone. You choose which cues you receive.
LoopCue reads your calendar to find free windows. It never shares your calendar contents with anyone.
Location is always text you type yourself. LoopCue does not access your device's GPS at any point.
Your email, phone number, and contact list are used only to connect you with your friends — never shared with third parties.
Beacons extinguish on your schedule. Pulses are private by default. Loops show only what you choose to share.

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. If you connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar events in read-only mode to determine your availability. We also collect the preferences you enter during onboarding — activity interests, location, group size comfort, and similar settings.
Your information is used to coordinate plans between you and your friends, suggest activities based on shared preferences and availability, send notifications (cues) about invitations and confirmations, and create calendar events when plans are confirmed. We use your phone number to send SMS notifications about plan invitations, confirmations, and reminders. You can manage which notifications you receive from Settings within the app.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your calendar contents are never visible to other users. We use third-party services (Twilio for SMS delivery, Resend for email delivery, Google Calendar API for scheduling) strictly for app functionality. These services process only the minimum data required to deliver their function.
LoopCue sends SMS messages to notify you about plan invitations, event confirmations, and reminders. Message frequency depends on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by updating your notification preferences in Settings or by replying STOP to any message.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed. Anonymized behavioral data may be retained for product improvement. Calendar tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never included in API responses.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, and row-level security policies on all database tables. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated requests scoped to your account.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your data or withdraw consent for calendar access through your device settings.
